There is in incorrect number of parameters for the AggressiveMatchOnISBN stanza
in sysprefs.sql
ERROR 1136 (21S01) at line 1: Column count doesn't match value count at row 12
Test Plan:
1) Attempt to run the web installer OR try to import the sysprefs.sql into your
db
2) Apply this patch
3) Try again, no errors should be reported this time
