When running a report, it would be nice if the results could be in the form of
a '.sql' file containing 'CREATE TABLE' and 'INSERT INTO' statements, similar
to the output of sqldump. The resulting file could then be run by sqlite or
mysql, thereby creating a table that could be useful for trouble-shooting
purposes.
