Relocate "Add Order to Basket" to top of the screen as a new button with
dropdown options (similar to "New" or "Edit" buttons in Cataloging). The
current screen layout does not consider many items can be added to the same
basket group. So after adding an item, the screen is automatically moved to
the top. One then needs to scroll some distance down the screen in order to
reach "Add Order to Basket"! Time to minimise mouse scrolling, especially when
10+ items are in the same Basket Group!!
