The amount of each invoice should be displayed in the page listing all
invoices.
Currently, the table only gives the following information:
Invoice no.
Vendor
Billing date
Received biblios
Received items
Status
(by the way, I am not sure that "Received biblios" is the right wording.
Perhaps it should be "Received documents"?)
