Issue:
In the report "Holds Awaiting Pickup", we often sort by patron then print
before checking the shelves. Since the upgrade the sorted version of the table
doesn't print -- prints unsorted.
To reproduce:
* Circulation › Holds awaiting pickup > "Holds Over"
* Sort by patron
* Print
Printed version is unsorted.
Tested in Firefox and Chrome.
