--- Comment #1 from Owen Leonard <[email protected]> --- I don't have any idea how libraries use hold notes (we don't use them at all), but it seems likely that some libraries are currently using notes in a way which is meant only for the staff. For these libraries, making the notes available to the patron might be a problem.
