Patron Lists created from patron search are now saved with URL encoded names. I
believe this is related to the new patron search.
To reproduce:
1) Search for patrons
2) Select some patrons
3) Choose "New list" from the patron lists pulldown.
4) Name the new list "Test List"
5) Save the list
6) Note the list is named "Test%20List"
