Go to http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_ubuntu_-_packages
You don’t actually download the .deb manually yourself, it gets installed as
a result of doing:
$ sudo apt-get install koha-common
And this only works, under Ubuntu, if you’ve added the
debian.koha-community.org repository.
The instructions tell you how to add the repository.
Follow the instructions. If you get stuck, ask for more help.
