Is it still possible to hide these 2 fields? I don't like the idea of
visible-but-non-working features in v3.10...

The idea behind those fields was to have a % for warning and a % for
blocking
90% = warn
110% = block
(or 75% warn, 100% block)
It was never coded (BibLibre fault: we planned it, but did not make it)
