Not sure I try to do what you're doing but here is my test: * open bug http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=6473, that is in "ASSIGNED" status currently * add an attachment that is a patch * change status to "need signoff". The "patch complexity" field appear just below the "Change sponsored" one (where custom fields appear) * select a value * save * the bug is now "need signoff" and patch complexity "small patch"
