We have some local customizations to embed the IIIF compatible Universal Viewer in Koha, dynamically generate IIIF manifests using a custom OPAC Perl script, and use Koha to serve the digital content instead of relying on a IIIF server (e.g. Cantaloupe). It's a bit hacky but it works. I'll DM you with more details.
