Koha's OPAC is web based.  Therefore it has no relationship to your local or
LAN printers.  Koha *cannot* manage printers on the other side of the
internet.

You can use 3rd party management software that authenticates to your LDAP
(or to Koha via SIP2) from EnvisionWare, or perhaps Novell.  But basically
you should be looking at additional software for this functionality.
