Are you speaking of Koha 2.2, koha "dev_week", or the coming Koha 3.0 ?
Because in Koha 3.0, SAN-OP rewrote a lot of things, it works very well
for them since january, so I'm interested to know what is broken if you
speak of Koha 3.0
