Hi all (and mainly owen)
Owen has removed the default stylesheet in opac : before last night
commits, if the opaccolorstylesheet syspref cas empty, it was the nice
opac.css that was choosen by default.
Shouldn't we reintroduce this behaviour, to avoid having a black and
white opac by default?
note : the sysprefs loaded at install stage don't contain opac.css, so
the page is really black and white.
