Hi all, Can someone explain how Koha currently handles this situation:
- A schedule for overdue notices is set in "Notice/Status Trigger" - Some borrowers do not have an email defined in their patron account. What happens to the notice that has been triggered? I know that some kind of excel file is sent to sys admin (as defined in Koha), but don't understand what that Excel file contains. I'd be most grateful for an answer, as I'm working on a Koha manual.
