[Koha-patches] [PATCH] Bug 2889: Removed toggle variable from virtualshelves/shelves.tmpl.

Removed toggle variable from shelves.tmpl.  Added logic for __odd__.  Variable 
was not defined in shelves.pl or any of the C4/VirtualShelves files.
