Before I do that, I need to know how to find the biblios with information in the 561 fields, and if possible, search by specific information in this field, so I can split them up into 'collections' Any help, in as plain, ordinary language as possible, would be most welcome. Unfortunately my IT guru is up to his eyeballs in his day job, and I need to fix this problem before it gets any bigger.
