Hi All, I have noticed that koha calculate fines per day (issuing and fine rules). Is there an option to calculate the fines by the hour. At our library we need that functionality.
If its not currently possible, can you tell me which table(s) are affected for fines, so that I can write a script to calculate them by the hour.
