Looks like there's a "soundon" setting in the Circ preferences in this version, which seems to be working: BEEP w/ valid barcode & DA-DA-DUM w/ invalid barcodes. There doesn't seem to be a way to specify a custom file or sound to play -- not sure how big coding job that would be -- but this should work for us. Thanks again!
