Well, here is an interesting thing I stumbled upon...
Despite learning yesterday that the Staff client does not make use of
CAS (which I think it should), I found that the "logout" function on the
Staff client does call the CAS logout if the "Logout of CAS when logging
out of Koha" option is chosen. This has the side benefit of making the
Staff logout actually work.
That said, I will be looking for the fix in 3.4.6.

Firefox to below 7, you can disable the staff client Cart to restore
logout. It's an unfortunate tradeoff, but it does provide you a

This is a known bug, I believe, and a fairly recent one:

logout not redirecting to login page - Staff logout does not
reload the login page. Seems to be an issue with Firefox
7.x since it works properly in 6.x and prior.
The encouraging thing is that the patch for the problem is
attached to the bug and is in 3.6 (and will likely be picked back
into a future 3.4 revision).
