If by 'unlock' you mean 'unlink from authorities', then you have to edit your MARC frameworks. Read here for instructions http://manual.koha-community.org/3.6/en/catadmin.html#marcbibframeworks I recommend that you use authorities for that fields, and check what's going on with authorities indexing/search. Take into account that you need to first 'catalog' the authority you're about to use, and also that indexing cronjob must be set. And you need to wait at least one minute for it to actually do the indexing.
