Greetings! We are currently seeking an individual to fulfill a Development Specialist role with ByWater Solutions. The candidate must be self motivated and comfortable with working from home. The core responsibilities of this position will include: Determination of the root of support ticket issues and resolving the problem Identification and resolution of bugs within development projects Creation of bug reports and patches, and submittal of these fixes to the Koha community Determination of the technical requirements needed to get the end goal the client expects from a development project Identify and resolve multiple recurring issues, and creating a solution that will fix all issues simultaneously.
