Hello, I think this should be directed to MJ Ray and KohaCon12 organizers.
I have some users of Koha in Nigeria, showing interest in attending KohaCon12 in Edinburgh. However, they do require a letter of invitation, to present to their institution and the embassy. I guess the letter should just state the conference date(s), venue and the fact that it is a free conference but participants will have to sort out feeding/accommodation/visa by themselves. Is it possible for the conference organizers to do something about this? Regards.
