The latest released version of Koha is 3.6.4 (3.06.04 if you look at the about page in Koha). So this leads me to believe you must be running Liblime's version. We can't help you with that on this list unfortunately, I would strongly recommend going to http://koha-community.org or http://download.koha-community.org to get Koha.
