Hi,
We've recently been having an issue with circulating books to some of
our patrons. When we scan the book a yellow box appears near the top of
the screen but it doesn't say anything and the system won't allow the
patron to sign the book out. It seems to be a patron specific problem
and not a book specific problem. We've checked all the patrons'
information and nothing seems to be wrong in that area. Any ideas as to
what is the underlying cause?
