Also, try including more details of the problem, such as: * Which Koha version is being used (see About Koha on the staff homepage). * The precise problem description. If there's no error on the screen, check any relevant log files you can find. * The error in the mail log files (if any). * What output was produced when you ran process_message_queue.pl * Any mail-related options in the config files. * If it has worked for you before, the date when it worked. * Whether you can send any email from the server command-line.
