I am now on preparing to install Koha after upgrading default Perl
installation to newer version (5.16):

I run misc/sax_parser_print.pl on /koha-3.8.2 directory, then this
issue appears [*] [**]:

Koha wants something like:
XML::LibXML::SAX::Parser=HASH(0x81fe220)
You have:
XML::SAX::Expat=HASH(0x16c9ea8)
Looks bad, check INSTALL.* documentation.

Why the issue still persists even though the ParserDetails.ini file
has proper configuration?
Does this issue will "harm" my Koha installation?
