Howdy, Please file in the 'there are no silly questions' pile. Is there any chance that the way circulation recording and reporting has changed in 3.6?
I have to ask before I contemplate the possibility that our circ has dropped over the last quarter - god forbid! But, after several years of consistent increases and in particular higher usage over the Apr-Jun quarter, this year it has decreased significantly. The only variable that has changed is moving from 3.2 to 3.6, we certainly are not any less busy.
