The bug and the patch is here : http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=7688 it's signed off, so hopefully, it should be in 3.10 Note that it doesn't (and never was expected to) manage worldwide sharing of numbering patterns. It's just a "library wide" sharing pattern : you create your pattern on your Koha, and all the librarians using the same Koha as your's can use it.
