Biblibre look after the lists.koha-community.org server, so they will need to do that for you. But if you let me know the ip number you plan to put your ar.koha-community.org site on then I can set up dns to point to that. I assume you will want to bring it up to date and link back to the main site for downloads/git etc eh?
