We use KOHA 3.06 MARC21 version.
Modifications log for a record in our catalog (biblio 996) shows following:

I expected that this means that a biblio record was created on 2012-08-30 while
an item for it was created on 2012-07-04 (almost two months before, which is
obviously impossible).
But tracing this record from MySQL tables I realized that the modification log
shows in one case (the first 3 lines) item #996 while in another case (2 lower
lines) biblio #996 - which is somewhat disorienting to my mind.... Log is
showing info for two different object!
(in previous version of KOHA object type was indicated clearly - "item 996" or
"biblio 996").
Would not be it more logical if a modification log shows modification history
of a biblio and all items associated with the same biblio??
