I've uploaded new Debian packages for the latest 3.6 and 3.8 releases. Normally this isn't worth an email, but in this case it's necessary to be aware that Debian won't automatically upgrade it for you when you ask.
New dependencies have been added, and so it is now necessary to do: sudo apt-get dist-upgrade to allow the new things to be included.
