Hi Tony, it should be possible to get you a report with borrower information and the total of the charges. What I am not sure about how to do it is the description of all charges grouped by the date of the first charge. I am not sure I understand well what you want to do here.
We haven't done a report like this for our libraries yet, because most of the time overdue notices get sent out by email and there are only very few patrons without email addresses. We are using the overdue notice triggers in Koha. The overdue_notices job has an csv and I think also an html option, maybe one of those could work for your purpose?
