Dear Nora, It really depends on your version of Koha. I think after about 3.2 our Citizen Printer stopped working. Before that we could get to work using Internet Explorer with some additional work around(s) (it won't work with either Firefox or Chrome.) I really would recommend getting your hands on one of the Epson Receipt Printers.
