As far as I know there is no way at present to force call numbers to be stacked in the manner you want. Perhaps with Dewey numbers one might add lots of segmentation markers as the splitting code should honour those, but that's a heap of work. Fixing up the code to add an option would be much quicker and more workable. However, I do not see a great demand for that sort of label.
