Cab, thanks for the comment on the SQL. I am glad to have a report that will help me keep an eye on permissions.
FYI, I made a couple tweaks and added a second report that allows you to watch certain permissions (Permissions Check). While I was working on it, I found that the tools sub column wouldn't display all flags if most of them were turned on. Must be a limit in characters in each column. So I divided the tools column in two. I also found that the superlibrarian flag wasn't accurate when other flags were set.
