Yes, its that FireBird, although I don't know if there is any special 
customisation done of the software as it is packaged as part of AccessIt.

This firebird ? http://www.firebirdsql.org/ 

If so, I think we could get the data out of that as csv with very 
little effort, and then could use the cvstomarc tool to convert to 
MARC
