http://koha-community.org/demo/ I believe these servers reset themselves to a default configuration daily but they should give you a good idea of what Koha is capable of. Also, take a look at the manual: http://koha-community.org/documentation/ 3.12 is the current stable version and 3.14 is the next release due at the end of this month.
