With the greatest respect Arafat, you need to give us a bit more help if
we are to be able to help you. At the very least tell us what tool you
are using and at what stage of your process it is 'not happening'.
As Koha does not itself have an Excel to Marc converter, this list may
not be the most appropriate place for your question (for example, there
is a separate MarcEdit list) however people here will generally try to
help if enough information about the problem is provided.
