This problem has been reported and a fix provided: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10905
As soon as the quality assurance team marks it PASSED-QA i'll push it to the stable branch. If (for some reason) you need to stick to your current 3.12.3 version, take a look at the patch and adjust your xslt files accordingly (for each language).
