Hi, Camilla:
go to http://your_koha:8080/cgi-bin/koha/admin/z3950servers.pl, press button 
"New Z39.50 server" and fill in every required field using info you found in 
the sbn.it page.
This will allow you to copy cataloging (Unimarc) records also from SBN.
