Hi folks! We're installing an RFID/self-check system from FE Technologies but are having a problem in that the self-check kiosk keeps disconnecting from Koha. FE Technologies thinks it might be either a network or Koha problem, so whilst I check with our IT people re the network, I thought I would put the question to the community as well.
We have installed verions 3.12.03.000 on Ubuntu. Many thanks.
