The stop words are indeed obsolete, they where used by NoZebra mode, which has been removed in 3.14.

Hi y'all

Can someone confirm for me, we can have Zebra Indexing OR Stop Words.
I tried to set stopwords and none of the OPAC search functions would work,
so I had to re-set the Zebra Index to use.
I am using 3.8.2 but hoping to upgrade to 3.14 soon.
