Hi Manoj, You might be able to parse out the pieces by using MySQL string functions: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/string-functions.html
For instance, you could use the Left function to get the two characters at the beginning of the string, and the Mid function to get the rest of the characters, then sort on the first two, then on the rest.
