I've got a major problem in that the barcode reader reads a book on checkout or
checkin but fails to do either. The checkin or checkout can be entered by hand
and the book will checkin or checkout. Of course this forces extra work on the
circulation desk.
As I can tell, the closest bug is 11292 and I have seen this issue mentioned
intermittently on the web.
Is there a patch or fix for this barcode reader issue and how do I get it?
