We have Koha set up so that if someone hasn't returned a book in 30 days, their account gets suspended.
But we have noticed that some accounts are still suspended even though they don't have any overdue books. Maybe when a book gets returned, the account doesn't get automatically unsuspended? Anyone have any ideas?
