i upgrade my ubuntu server 12.4
now i am facing this error
Upgrading the server, or upgrading Koha? Your errors suggest Koha.

You didn't say how you installed Koha. Though, I suspect you are trying to
build from source, which is really hard.
Robin Sheat did point at the Debian instructions, which should work well
enough on Ubuntu.
But again, that assumes you installed it a particular way, and that you know
the difference.
If you installed from source, then you can't follow the upgrade instructions
on:
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_ubuntu_-_packages
Because you never installed it from packages.
You may wish to look at:

Though, I have not tested these, and make no claims as to whether it is
current and valid enough.
