Hi everyone. I have been trying to setup email notices in Koha 3.14 and now 3.16. But the table message_queue never gets any records it's always empty.
For a more immediate test, i have been creating new patrons, to see if i get the message on registration (the system preferences option is enabled) but nothing. Any ideas?
