Did you tried the following commands before reindexing??? zebraidx -c /etc/koha/zebradb/zebra-biblios.cfg -g iso2709 -d biblios init zebraidx -c /etc/koha/zebradb/zebra-authorities.cfg -g iso2709 -d authorities init
and what are owner and permissions of var/lib/koha/zebradb/biblios/ files ???
