The latest release of 3.16 (3.16.4) fixed some bugs - I would recommend you install that.
We are usually fairly early adopters of the new versions, but one of the bugs in 3.16 was a blocker for us (and has now been fixed). We will be changing our system over from 3.14.06 to 3.16.4 shortly. After I test it.
